Getting all dressed up for a special occasion, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo went back in time as they partied it up at Beso in Los Angeles on Saturday night (March 12).
The engaged couple happened to be partaking in the birthday festivities for Miss Minnillo's gal pal Jenn Birmingham Lee, as Vanessa tweeted, "Getting ready for my bestie's bday party. Nick is going 70's & I'm "totally 80's."
The weekend outing came just as Nick's specially penned tune made its debut during the Big East tournament championship at Madison Square Garden.
Titled "Last One Standing," Mr Lachey told of his inspiration for writing the song, saying, "My two biggest passions probably in life are sports and music, so for me it was a good opportunity to marry both in this song."
Known to be an avid Cincinnati Bearcats fan, Nick added, "I think the Big East conference is the best in the country, especially this year. I think we're going to break a record for the most teams sent to the NCAA tournament this year."
